我們的服務
在阿綸單車，我們提供你對於登山車的一切需要。從平價至高級的各式車架、各式功能成車、多種品牌外胎、高級輪組、內胎至登山車上任何的零件配備，在這裡你可以找到你的最佳組合，使你一路順暢悠遊於城市與林間。此外還有多種的安全帽、長短指手套、男女車衣、風鏡、車燈及大鎖，讓你來這裡找到你所需的人身裝備。如果店裡沒有存貨，我們可以為您向經銷商或廠商訂貨。阿綸的單車功力可以讓你的愛車得到可靠及適當的維修。
除了硬體的服務之外，我們還提供單車出租、外出騎乘以及單車量身調校和知識技巧的諮詢。
單車出租
當你造訪台北時，你的單車不一定會在你的身邊，別讓這種小事阻擋了你享受北台灣騎乘樂趣的渴望。
在阿綸單車，我們提供單避震及雙避震單車的出租。以日計價，單避震車一天800元，雙避震車一天1,000元。我們有許多尺寸的單車可供選擇，建議您至少在兩至三天前聯絡我們，確定是否還有單車可供出租。租用者必須負責自身安全，若單車在租用期間遭受任何損傷，阿綸單車有權力扣留押金以及／或是租用者的身份證明。
外出騎乘
不論你是在阿綸單車買車或是租車，想信你可能需要有人帶你進入野外的off-road路徑。在這裡，週六的定期騎乘總是歡迎新朋友的加入。大部分的集體外騎是在週六或週日的早晨，參加過的成員有外國人和台灣人，有男有女，年齡從13歲到50歲都有。參加我們的外騎，可以認識各樣的新朋友，並且體驗山林中off-road的樂趣。

量身調校及諮詢
我們希望讓所有騎乘者瞭解單車與騎乘者之間的互動關係是相當重要的。當你購買一台單車時，我們希望你不只得到單車帶來的便利，更是安全合適地騎乘單車。以我們多年的經驗，我們會跟每一位顧客溝通，依照你的價位、騎乘風格、騎乘目的來為你建議最適當尺寸及設計的成車，甚至可以就個人需求就龍頭、車把、座墊等細節零件為您量身組合。
在外騎時，阿綸可以在現場幫初級或是中級的騎乘者改進騎乘技巧及效率，讓您可以漸漸克服一個個困難的上坡及下坡。此外，在路上阿綸還可為您的登山車做即時調校，使您跟你的車有最大效率的表現，並且同時得到身心的舒適。
關於阿綸單車
阿綸單車位於台北市羅斯福路上，是一家全家參與的登山車店，氣氛與一般的車店相當不同。從1997年開張至今，主要想提供台北地區登山車的族群專業的登山車資源。他們深深覺得北台灣有許多適合登山車騎乘的地點，並且想要在北台灣推廣off-road的登山車騎乘。
阿綸及他的老婆燕姐，都深愛騎車，還有快上國小的女兒萱萱也漸漸能感受到騎車的愉快（筆者案：萱萱騎的猛啊！）。從1980年代末起，早在單車運動開始流行之前，阿綸就已經開始在台北附近的off-road路徑上騎乘。阿綸單車是台北頭幾間專門為了登山車族群以及帶領單車運動所開設的店面之一。
當問到阿綸及他愛的登山車時，燕姐說：“把單車從阿綸的生命中減去的話，那他就失去了他的靈魂，他對單車深深著迷。”阿綸通常在週六及週日早晨帶著同好一同騎乘，甚至在星期五早上志願擔任森林小學的單車教師，將登山車的機械常識及騎乘技巧傳授給下一代。
平時在店裡，阿綸負責單車組裝及維修的工作，燕姐負責銷售的部分，同時為外語的顧客做解說，如果萱萱在的話，她負責人來瘋。這些加起來使阿綸單車成為一家與眾不同的車店，不但提供專業及可靠的服務，還使來到的客人感到溫馨友善的氣氛。如果你是單山車愛好者，別忘了來阿綸單車看看喔！

若要親自造訪我們的地址是台北市羅斯福路五段三十八號（經過基隆路之後約三百公尺的右側，近師大分部）。你可以點選右邊的地圖。
來我們這裡，你可以開車，騎車或乘坐捷運新店線，我們在“公館”及“萬隆”站之間，離台大與師大分部都相當近。
乘坐公車的話可以在店門口旁的“師大分部”站下車。經過的公車有74, 236, 251, 252, 253, 278, 606, 642, 644, 660。

Welcome to Alan's Mountain Bike
We are proud to present our new website. Please take some time to view the content of the site and learn about our shop. Though we have a mountain bike shop, we feel that we offer more than simply the basic products and services. As good as we feel this website is, it can never replace a face-to-face visit. Please feel free to drop in for a visit at any time, except on Sunday ... we've got to close the shop and go riding sometime!
Our Services
At Alan's, we are proud to offer all of the things that you've come to expect from a quality mountain bike shop. We carry an excellent variety of frames and complete bikes, a wide range of forks, rear shocks, wheels, tires and all of the other parts you'll need to get rolling and stay rolling down the trail. Our ample selection of helmets, jerseys, sunglasses, lights and locks makes it easy for you to find the accessories you need. And, if we don't have what you're looking for in stock, we'll do our best to special order it for you. Alan is a capable mechanic, willing and able to tune and repair bikes quickly and reliably.
What sets us apart from the rest are the other services we provide, including bike rentals, organized weekend and weekday rides, and advice about bike fitting and basic riding skills.
Bike Rentals
We understand that not everybody who visits Taipei wants to, or is able to bring their bike with them. Don't let that stop you from enjoying some of the excellent riding that Northern Taiwan has to offer.
At Alan's, we offer both hardtails and full suspension bikes for rent on a day-to-day basis. The rental price for hardtails is $800 NT per day, while the full suspension bikes are $1000 NT per day. We stock a variety of sizes, including large frames to accommodate tall riders. We recommend that you contact us a minimum of 2-3 days in advance to ensure bike availability. Renters are responsible for their own safety and for any damage to the bike during the rental period, and are required to leave a deposit and/or their ID with the shop.
Organized Rides
Whether you've brought your own bike from overseas, or are renting one of ours, we realize that you may need some help actually getting to the trail. At Alan's, we are always happy to include you in our regular weekend rides; we organize rides most Saturday and Sunday mornings. These organized weekend rides attract a wide range of riders, both foreign and local, male and female, ranging in age from 13 to 50+. Participating in one of our rides is a great way to find new trails and meet new riders. If you're in town and have some free time on a weekday morning, we may be able to help arrange a special ride for you.

Bike Fitting and Riding Skills
We want to help everybody who comes into our shop to understand the importance of the relationship between the biker and the bicycle. When buying a bike it is important to understand how you and the bike should best work together. Let our years of experience help you get a great fit - not only will we help you find the most appropriately sized frame for your body and riding style, but we'll also help you choose the stem/handlebar combination and even seat height that you need to be comfortable, safe and efficient when you ride.
On the trail, Alan can help beginning and intermediate riders improve their riding skills. His advice can help you improve your skills on technical climbs and descents, and even can help you fine tune your body position on the bike to maximize your comfort. We'll do our best in the shop and on the trail to make sure that you truly do enjoy your riding experience while you're with us here in Northern Taiwan.
About Alan's Mountain Bike
Alan's Mountain Bike is a family run mountain bike shop located in Taipei City, Taiwan. They first opened their doors in 1997 aiming to serve the needs of mountain bikers in the Taipei area. They strongly feel that Northern Taiwan is a great place to ride a mountain bike, and want do their part to promote off-road riding here.
Biking is a big part of their life; both Alan and his wife Yen love to ride, and their young daughter ShenShen is quickly learning to love riding too. Alan has been biking and the trails in and around Taipei since the late eighties, long before the mountain biking trend really took off here. Alan's was one of the first shops dedicated to mountain bikers and mountain biking in Taipei.
When asked about Alan and his love for biking, Yen said, "Without biking, Alan loses his spirit. He is very passionate about biking." Alan leads group rides most Saturdays and Sundays, and even volunteers his Friday mornings to teach biking and mechanic skills at a local elementary school.
In the shop, Alan handles the bike building and repairs while Yen assists with sales, and plays an important role with English-speakers customers. Together, they offer reliable service in a friendly environment, making Alan's an important stop on any mountain biker's visit to Taipei.

Whether you're already in Taipei or just planning a trip here, we're always happy to hear from you. You can contact us in a number of ways.
We can be reached by email at alanbike@ms58.hinet.net. We're open from noon until about 9:30 PM Monday to Saturday, but closed on Sunday. In Taiwan, you can phone or fax us at (02) 2933-4319, or at 886-2-2933-4319 from abroad. If you are calling from abroad, Taipei is in the same time zone as Hong Kong and Singapore, +8 hours GMT.
If you'd like to visit us in person, our store address is #38, Section 5, Roosevelt Road in Taipei. You can click on the small map on the right for an enlarged map of the area.
To get here, you can of course ride, walk or drive. We are conveniently located close to National Taiwan University (TaiDa), about half-way between the KungKuan (GongGuan) and WanLung Stations on the Taipei MRT (subway) Green Line. Walk south on Roosevelt Road from KungKuan Station or north from WanLung Station.
You can also take the bus. Southbound buses stop just outside the shop, while northbound buses stop only a few minutes away. There are a number of buses that serve the area including numbers 74, 236, 251, 252, 253, 278, 606, 642, 644 and 660.
